- Accounts are individual and may only be transferred with permission from your Roadrunner Capitol Reports representative.
- Each account is intended for use by a single, designated individual and should not be shared. Accounts may be reassigned if staffing changes occur.
- Reports generated through the System may be shared with your clients and within your organization. However, you may not resell, redistribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the System itself, its underlying data, or outputs outside the scope of your business use.

- Service may be suspended for misuse, non-payment, or violation of terms.
