Analysis:

 Senate Bill 400 (SB 400) appropriates four hundred sixty thousand dollars ($460,000) from the General Fund (GF) to the Indian Affairs Department for expenditure in Fiscal Years 2021 through 2023 for construction of a game fence in the Pueblo of Taos to protect the Rio Grande Gorge bighorn sheep population from disease.

Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining reverts to the GF within six months of completion of the project but no later than the end of FY 2023.
