 House Memorial 26 (HM 26) relates to elections and opposes the removal of candidates from primary and general election ballots. 

 The memorial provides background on efforts in some states to remove Donald J. Trump’s name from 2024 ballots, opposing such efforts. 

Copies of the memorial are to be sent to the secretary of states in Colorado and Maine, the Colorado Supreme Court and Trump.
