 House Memorial 22 (HM 22) relates to mental health care providers in secondary schools and seeks a study. 

 The memorial asks that the Public Education Department (PED) establish a working group to identify barriers to mental health care and gaps in existing mental health care for public secondary school students. It provides background on the issue. Recommendations from the working group are to be submitted to the Legislative Education Study Committee (LESC) and Legislative Finance Committee (LFC). No date for submission is given.
