 House Memorial 20 (HM 20) relates to public school class sizes and seeks a study. 

 The memorial asks that the interim Legislative Education Study Committee (LESC) study reductions of class sizes in kindergarten through 12th grade, including the potential effects on student outcomes, staffing and funding. Study findings are to be submitted to the Governor and Legislature by December 31, 2024.

Copies of the memorial are to be sent to the director of the LESC, public education secretary, higher education secretary and early childhood education and care secretary.
