Summary:
 SB180 makes an appropriation of $600,000 to the Regents of the Univeristy of New Mexico for the Health Sciences Center to use for government training of high school students and minority students.

 Synopsis: SB180 makes an appropriation to the Board of Regents of the University of New Mexico for the Health Sciences Center’s Student Monitoring Program to provide government training for high school students and minority student services. 
Analysis: SB 180 states: six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) is appropriated from the General Fund to the Board of Regents of the University of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2025 for the Health Sciences Center's student mentoring program to provide government training for high school students and minority student services. 
Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2025 shall revert to the General Fund.
