 House Memorial 11 (HM 11) relates to absenteeism in public schools and seeks a study of the issue. 

 The memorial provides background about absenteeism in public schools and asks the Public Education Department (PED) to set up a work group to study how to aid school districts and charter schools with strategies to reduce absenteeism. A report is due from the work group by December 1, 2024, for the Legislative Education Study Committee (LESC).
