Summary:
 House Bill 192 (HB 192) appropriates one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) to the Health Care Authority Department for programs in Santa Fe County that refer people in need to resources. 
Legislation Overview:
 House Bill 192 (HB 192) appropriates one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) from the General Fund (GF) to Health Care Authority Department for expenditure for Fiscal Years (FY) 2025 as follows:
•	Eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) for a navigator program in Santa Fe County to connect people in need with health community resources;
•	Four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for a referral and diversion program in Santa Fe County for people impacted by substance use disorder and suspected of low-level, non-violent offenses.

Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY 2025 reverts to the GF.
