Analysis:SB103   SB227216 states that three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) is appropriated from the General Fund to the Board of Regents of the University of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal years 2024 and 2025 to fund the Medical Spanish Education Program at the University of New Mexico's School of Medicine, College of Nursing, College of Pharmacy and College of Population Health. 
Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2025 shall revert to the General Fund.
