 House Bill100 (HB100) modifies the provisions of Chapter 61, Article 29 NMSA 1978 and would now exempt the following professions for the services rendered in the performance of property management by an attorney at law, and the services rendered in the performance of property management by a contractor licensed pursuant to the Construction Industries Licensing Act.
