Summary:
 Senate Bill 87 (SB 87) prohibits the adoption of any law, ordinance, rule or regulation that prohibits or restricts the use of personnel or resources to assist in the enforcement of federal immigration law or that interferes with the enforcement of federal immigration law.  
Legislation Overview:
 Senate Bill 87 (SB 87) enacts a new section of law that prohibits interference with the enforcement of federal immigration law.  
The bill prohibits the state or a political subdivision of the state from adopting or continuing any law, ordinance, rule or regulation that would prohibit or restrict the use of personnel or resources to assist in the enforcement of federal immigration law or that would interfere with the enforcement of federal immigration law.
